Amazing changes at GIVING!

It is has been said that change is good. Here at GIVING we totally understand, that's why a lot has happened in the last few years for each member of GIVING. Brent has become a world-renowned photographer. Linda has become a mother to a beautiful boy. Nick has not only become a father, but also completed the transition from construction life to office life and is now a software developer. Currently, Brent is traveling often and performing photo shoots for some national and international campaigns, as well as some local ones. Linda and Nick are finalizing their move into a new home. Sadly, with all these changes GIVING has had to take the backseat. We are thankful for those with continued loyalty and interest in GIVING. Where will the future take us? Hmmm...

GIVING supports Duke

GIVING was honored too collaborate with Duke University Medical School to design custom cards for their Duke Dream Campaign gala. The Branford Marsalis Quartet headlined the black tie event. The Duke Dream Campaign supports Duke Anesthesiology's research on postoperative neuro-cognitive outcomes. Their commitment to define, investigate, and prevent adverse outcomes to improve quality of life after surgery is something we are proud to support. Look for GIVING™ "Dream" inspired cards to be added to our line soon. The Gala was a huge success raising 10% of the Campaign's goal in one night.

Other collaborations are taking shape as our involvement with DUKE evolves.

GIVING nationwide

if you're one our friends tracking the growth of augusta's newest greeting card company, last week in NYC was huge. we added to our list of very chic retailers some very cool shops from NYC to LA and a few places in between. GIVING™ created quite a buzz at the national stationery show with our “what’s inside matters” philosophy of card design and philanthropy. recognized by many buyers and fellow card manufactures as "very original" and "inspirational," our cards captured the attention of buyers from some very high end boutiques and paperies from across the country. check back often as we update our site with our newest retailers. we are now focusing on order processing and post show follow-up. it is all very exciting.

GIVING at the show, day 1

well, we've officially had our first day at the national stationery show today and it has been non-stop, but tons of great energy + fun. we even got a few orders, so our cards will be in retail shops sprinkled around the country. we have a couple more days of the show, so we'll update our list of retailers by the end of the week. thank you to all our friends who have supported us and encouraged us to do this. it's a great adventure!
